Hi all:

I am SO sorry for the gap in posts. I truly cannot believe how busy things have been around these parts lately.  Typically, I write these posts in the early mornings.  I have been working out with a trainer several days a week now. We do that from 5-6 am. The other time I tend to come over here is at mu lunch hour. Its been so busy at work though. I often find myself working through lunch. Anyway... Here we are in Mid-August. As much as I hate to admit this, it is time to start thinking about fall. I know that many of you love fall the most, but I'm a summer girl through and through.

When the seasons change, its time to change up your wardrobe too! While late October and November mean warm cozy sweaters and fleece, September and early October require something different. Cool mornings and nights are often the bookends of warm days. Today, we are going to explore some pieces that you can wear and love now and into the cool weather.

I purchased this. It came the day before yesterday. I think I did a happy dance when I out it on. Its so snatched. I threw it on last night with a pair of denim cutoffs. In the fall, I'll pair it with jeans or leggings with combat style boots.

These pants are as comfortable as pajamas. The side slit makes them not to heavy to wear now. Pair them with a cute tank top for a night out outfit. When the temps drop, throw your favorite cardigan on too.

This long sleeve t-shirt is perfect for transitioning into autumn. When tanks and sleeveless tops start to feel out of place, yet its still to warm for heavier knots, this shirt has got you.

This tank is more of a true white. Wear it now with a denim skirt of cutoffs. As it cools off, wear it with jeans.

I just ordered this and cannot wait to wear it. The gauze type material is so lightweight. You could easily wear it now. It will still look completely in place in the cooler weather as well.

This adorable sweater is so light weight. It will serve you well now straight through the winter months.  Wear it with shorts now and leggings or jeans later.

That's it for now. We'll be back to a more normal schedule around these parts soon. That is a promise!
