Three Cheers for Friday, Mes Amies! Hip, Hip, Hooray!
Things are SLOWLY starting to return to normal. That, along with the fact that spring has sprung has given me a renewed shot of hope.
As I had said in many other posts, during this tumultuous time I've done my best to not go shopping. Yet, there are still somethings that we need. Today is a round up of those things. These are the things that I've acquired over the course of this month that I'm absolutely loving.
1) This Cozy Jumpsuit Find It Here
This thing is great. It's so comfy that you can peacefully sleep in it. Yet, you don't feel as if you are in pajamas.
I put it on when I get out of the shower and am drying my hair, etc.
2) This lash Serum Find it Here
I had never tried a lash serum before. I never really gave it too much thought. The ads for the prescription one made me nervous. They say that it can change the color of your eyes.
However, when I saw this one and all of its 5-star ratings, I decided to give it a try. WOW. They say that it takes 4 weeks for it to be fully effective. The above photo is of my own lashes 2 weeks in! By this time next week, I'll be the full four weeks in. I cannot wait to see the final results.
3) These $20 Sandals That are Identical To A MUCH More Expensive Pair Find Them Here
So, back in late January I saw and fell in lust with These See By Chloe Lattice Espadrilles . I had them in my cart. I almost clicked "complete purchase" .
I'm so happy that I talked myself out of it. These "dupes" from DSW are identical, yet they cost $220.01 LESS than the Chloe ones.
These are one of the, if not the most comfortable shoes that I own. They are as comfy as slippers.
4) These Tanning Drops Find Them Here
This product is great. You control how light or deep your tan is. You mix just a couple of drops into your favorite moisturizer.
In the colder months, I put one drop in to my moisturizer, just to warm up my complexion. In the warmer months, I use two drops.
Beware though, start off easy. A dear friend of mine bought these last year. She started off with 7 drops of them. She ended up having to take 3 days off from work. We laugh about it now, but at the time, it was a big "OHHHHHHHH NOOOOOO".
5) These "Cinderella" Shoes Find Them Here
I don't have anywhere to go. I don't know when I will have anywhere to go. Still though, I had to have these shoes. The clear shoe thing is so hot this year. Many, of them look as if they hurt...badly.
These babies though...the plastic strap molds to your foot and the foot bed is made with plush suede.
6) This magic Hair Oil Find It Here
Where do I start with this? Let's look at the brand's own words. "A strengthening, lightweight, silicone-free hair oil fortified with replenishing ceramides and clinically proven to repair 88 percent of damage after two uses*—providing a smooth, glossy, and frizz-free finish."
I must say, I agree with the brand on what they say. Just a few drops of this applied to wet hair, smooths your hair and gives it an amazing shine. I wish that they made this back when my hair was double processed and heat styled into oblivion. It works wonders. I've already got another bottle on order. A little goes a long way, but I'm NOT going to be without this again!
