How was your Christmas?
After a VERY crazy few weeks at work, I'm taking a few days off to relax and reflect.
I'm very sad that Christmas is over. I can't lie though, I'm VERY excited for a new year and a new DECADE. Can you believe that it's about to be the 20's? I've always been infatuated by the 1920's. The flappers! The Charleston! The 1920's seemed as if they were one big party. Here's to hoping the 2020's will be equally as epic. Who knows, maybe we can all be flappers after all?
I'm blessed so beyond what I deserve, I'm well aware of this. We had a wonderful Christmas. We had our traditional Christmas Eve bash at our house , then spent Christmas Day at my sister in law's gorgeous house.
Like the old saying goes, "It's not what's under you tree that matters, but who's around it."
A few of my favorite gifts were some new Tory Burch shoes, some Vineyard Vines clothes and gift cards to our favorite restaurants.
What is even better though is watching everyone else open up their gifts. Its such a great feeling when you see the look on someones face when you were able to pick out the perfect gift for them.
