A Summer of fun

September 04, 2019 in

Hello one and all.
Here we are mid way through the first week of September.
I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the notion that for all intents and purposes, summer is over.
I love every summer. This one was especially great though.

For the first time in a long time, Memorial day was warm and sunny.
My hubby and I spent that weekend right in our neighborhood, the Plymouth waterfront.
Not too long after that, was my favorite day of the whole year, July 4th!

I literally live for the 4th. God Bless America.

If it was a clear day, the dogs and I were watching the sun rise down at the harbor. Sunrise is always spectacular, but sun rise in the summer is EXTRA nice.

The hubs and I took a couple of trips out to Western MA and Vermont. Its so lovely out there. The absolute epitome of small town New England.

Then , I spent Labor Day weekend turning 40!

On my birthday my hubby & I had dinner with my dear friends Bill & Ben, it was a blast. It was the latest I've stayed out in well over a year (10:00pm...I'm normally in bed by 8:30 pm!)

On Sunday, we were at Chad's cousin's house for a party. Its literally right on Plymouth beach. Located on a little slice of paradise, this party is something I look forward too all summer.

Now, its on to fall and before we know it, the Holidays!

What were your best memories of this summer? What are you most looking forward to this fall?

XO,
SheShe
