Popping on here for a special Thursday post. I've gotten so carried away with the end of summer that I almost forgot about Ulta's 21 days of beauty.
If you are not familiar with the 21 Days of Beauty, it works like this ; each day for 21 days Ulta will pick between 2-3 high end products that will be severely discounted. Normally, the discounts are between 40-60% off.
They do limit the quantities that you can purchase (obviously). The sale is good just for that day though. Say there is a mascara that you really want and a blush that you are dying to try. If the mascara is on Monday and the blush is on Thursday, you cannot buy them both on Thursday. Monday's deals are only good on Monday, Tuesday's deals are only valid on Tuesday, etc.
The good thing is that you can get free shipping on Ulta's Website for the specials throughout the 21 days.

I know that this is a lot to remember. What I do, is go and take stock of what I actually need. I look to see what on this sale coincides with that. Then, I add those dates into my calendar.
Then, I look at what is on the sale that I'd like to try and add those dates as well. That is assuming that I already have not spent too much on the stuff that I actually need.
There are some really good things on the sale this time. Still, its best to be disciplined.
As fantastic as makeup is, its nothing to go into debt for.
Also, I know that nobody wants to hear this, but its NOT too early to Christmas shop. If there is a fellow makeup maven in your life, take advantage this sale!
