This weekend is St. Paddy's Day ( Paddy, NOT Patty).
You might or might or nights not know that my ancestry is full blooded Irish.
Though my days or nights of going out to party are LOOONG over, I still observe and enjoy St. Patrick's Day.
You won't find me wearing green, as I don't own any green clothing. Fun fact, green is my least favorite color.
I do have a few Irish knit sweaters. I might break one of those babies out. It will depend on the temp as those sweaters are practically as warm as a winter coat.
I thought it might be fun to do a little Irish/ Luck Quiz today.
1) Have you ever found a 4 leaf clover?
Yes! A few. One of them is the cover photo for this post.
2) What is your "lucky" number?
8 and 17. 8 because its the infinity symbol and 17 has just always followed me through life.
3) Have you ever won anything?
Yes! A radio contest once and $300 on a scratch ticket. That one is remarkable because I don't play the lottery at all. I think of it as a tax on the willing.
4) Do you have a good luck charm?
I have a pair of pearl earrings that one of my brothers bought for me when I turned 21. I've had many great days when I've worn them.
5) Is St.Paddy's Day lucky for you?
As a matter of fact, yes! It was on St. Paddy's Day a few years back I started my job. This is the best job I've EVER had. I literally look forward to coming in everyday.

Whatever you do though, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not drive drunk or buzzed. Don't let anyone else do that either.
