Hello Lovelies-
So sorry for being MIA. Remember that dental abscess from a few weeks ago? Welp, it's reared its ugly head again.
This past Tuesday, I went in for the the completion of the root canal and to get my crown on the tooth.
Unbeknownst to anyone at my dental practice, the infection from the abscess had caused damage to my mandible. The solution used to sterilize where my tooth's root was, had gotten into the damaged bone tissue. At that point all H-E-Double Hockey sticks broke loose. It was THE. WORST. PAIN.OF.MY. ENTIRE.LIFE.
My face swelled up. It looked as if I had a golf ball in my cheek. (maybe I'll eventually show the pictures?)
The swelling started to go down, but then the bruising began (Its still here and deeper/darker than before.)
I was feeling sorry for myself and snapped a picture of my emerging bruise and sent it to my hubby. His reply was "That's okay! You are still SO beautiful!" I cried.
The next day he came home with these beautiful roses and a latte (The 1st coffee I was able to have in 5 days) #withdrawals. I know I'm partial, but it's my most firm belief belief that I am married to literally the best man EVER.
Anyway, enough about my tale of woe.
I literally CANNOT wait to get back to blabbering on about makeup and such. Somehow, there are a few of you amazing people who actually subscribe here. I didn't want you to think that I was ghosting you.
I'll be back as soon as I can, hopefully in just a few more days.
